algo trade notes provides access to conversational AI system creation tools and related services as described on the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any
aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to
charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
5.3 Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and materials made available through the platform are the exclusive property of algo trade notes or its licensors and are protected
by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly stated in these terms.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the platform. By submitting content, you grant algo trade notes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
store, and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the services to you.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by algo trade notes without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are committed to handling your information with care and

algo trade notes does not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- Results obtained through the platform will be accurate, complete, or reliable
- Any defects or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, algo trade notes and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the
claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless algo trade notes and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to
notify you through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised
terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may discontinue use of the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without prior
notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or that your use poses a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact us at support@algotradenotes.com before initiating any formal proceedings, allowing a period of thirty days for resolution.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions
shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and algo trade notes with
respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
